Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About This Website
This Site is operated by Case Portal LLC ("Case Portal," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site provides general information about Case Portal and allows organizations to apply for access to our platform.
Site content may change at any time. Submitting an access application does not guarantee approval, access, availability, or any particular service or feature. Access to and use of the Case Portal platform itself, once granted, is governed by a separate customer agreement, not by these Terms.
2. No Legal or Medical Advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client, provider-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Case Portal. You should consult a qualified professional regarding your specific circumstances before relying on any information found on the Site.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
To use the Site — including submitting an access application or contact form — you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to act on behalf of any organization for which you are applying. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You have the authority to submit an application or inquiry on behalf of your organization, if applicable;
- If you provide a mobile phone number or text with us, you are the owner or authorized user of that number; and
- You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or networks;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site in a manner that unreasonably burdens our systems; or
- Use the Site's content in a way that violates the rights of Case Portal or any third party.
5. SMS / Text Message Communications
5.1 Program Description
If you text our business phone number, or continue a text conversation after a member of our team responds to a message you sent, you may receive text messages from Case Portal related to your inquiry or application. Messages may be conversational (a back-and-forth exchange with our team) or informational (one-way updates related to your inquiry or application). We do not use this channel to send promotional or marketing messages.
By texting us or continuing to message with our team, you agree to receive such messages from Case Portal. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary depending on your conversation with us. Visit our Privacy Policy at caseportal.ai/privacy for more information about how we handle your information, including your consent and opt-out records.
5.2 Consent Is Not a Condition of Service
You are not required to text us or consent to receive text messages as a condition of applying for access to our platform or receiving any other service from Case Portal. Declining to text us, or opting out of text messages, will not limit or degrade your ability to use the Site or apply for access.
5.3 Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance
We intend to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC and carrier requirements. Where you initiate a text conversation with us, or continue a conversation after we respond to a message you sent, you provide consent to be contacted at that number for purposes related to that conversation. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in Section 5.1.
6. Ownership
The Site and its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned by Case Portal or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or license to use Case Portal's names, marks, or content, except as necessary to browse the Site for its intended purpose.
7. Third-Party Services and Disclaimer
The Site may link to, integrate with, or rely on services, content, or websites operated by third parties. We do not employ, supervise, or control these third parties and make no warranty or guarantee regarding their quality, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party services, and any disputes regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the relevant third party.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASE PORTAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee that you will receive access to, or any particular outcome from, our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASE PORTAL AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Case Portal LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
